Introduction: This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the 615 Trailer Rentals website (the "Site") and rent our trailers. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound, you may not access or use the Site.
Services Offered: 615 Trailer Rentals offers prepaid trailer rentals. Refund eligibility is governed by our Cancellation Policy below. After the rental period begins, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Payment & Authorization (Prepaid Rentals): All trailer rentals are prepaid at the time of booking unless 615 Trailer Rentals approves a separate written arrangement for an established commercial account. Customer authorizes 615 Trailer Rentals to charge the payment method on file for any amounts owed under this Agreement, including rental extensions, late-return charges, cleaning fees, damage, missing parts or equipment, tolls and citations, administrative fees, recovery/impound costs, and applicable taxes.
Taxes: Rental rates and service charges may not include sales tax or other governmental taxes, fees, or assessments that 615 Trailer Rentals is required to collect. Customer agrees to pay all applicable taxes in addition to the rental and service charges.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, 615 Trailer Rentals will refund the amount paid at the time of booking in full. If you cancel after 24 hours of booking, or if you are a no-show, the amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. A "no-show" includes failing to pick up the trailer within two (2) hours of the scheduled pickup time without contacting 615 Trailer Rentals to reschedule. This policy is intended to reduce last-minute cancellations that prevent other customers from securing a trailer.
Late Return (2-Hour Grace Period): Customer agrees to return the trailer by the scheduled return time. 615 Trailer Rentals may provide a two (2) hour grace period after the scheduled return time only if the late return does not impact another customer's reservation, pickup, delivery, or scheduled use. If the late return does impact another rental, the grace period does not apply and late charges may be assessed immediately at 615 Trailer Rentals's discretion.
Rental Period & Charges: Rental charges begin at the scheduled pickup (or delivery) time and end when the trailer is returned to the designated location and checked in by 615 Trailer Rentals. Additional charges may apply if the trailer is returned late, excessively dirty, damaged, or missing equipment or accessories.
Cleaning Fees: Trailers must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive mud, manure, trash, or contamination may result in a cleaning fee, which Customer authorizes 615 Trailer Rentals to charge to the payment method on file.
Eligibility & Right to Refuse Service: Customer represents that they are legally able to enter this Agreement and are authorized to tow the trailer. 615 Trailer Rentals may require a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and verification of tow-vehicle compatibility, and reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking for safety, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance reasons.
Inspection & Acceptance: Customer agrees to inspect the trailer at pickup/delivery and notify 615 Trailer Rentals immediately of any concerns before use. Photos or video taken at checkout and check-in may be used to document trailer condition.
Use of Equipment: Customer is familiar with the proper operation of the trailer, has selected it based on their requirements, and will not use it (or allow it to be used) for any illegal purpose, without a required license, or by anyone not qualified to operate it. 615 Trailer Rentals is not responsible for issues caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper towing, or overloading.
Accidents, Theft & Vandalism: Customer must promptly report any accident, theft, or vandalism involving the trailer to 615 Trailer Rentals and to the police in the jurisdiction where the incident occurs, and must cooperate fully with 615 Trailer Rentals's investigation and any resulting claim.
Tolls, Violations & Fees: Customer is responsible for all tolls, toll violations, parking and traffic violations, and related administrative service charges incurred while the trailer is on rent.
Return & Damaged/Lost Equipment: Customer must return the trailer in the same condition as when delivered, reasonable wear and tear excepted. For loss or destruction, Customer will pay the full replacement value plus the rental rate until the trailer is replaced. For damage, Customer will pay the reasonable cost of repair plus rental at the regular rate until repairs are complete.
Availability: Trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. 615 Trailer Rentals does not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, 615 Trailer Rentals shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or connected with the equipment, its operation, or its use, nor for any incidental, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Customer assumes all risks inherent in the operation, use, and possession of the equipment.
Governing Law / Venue: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the state courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Modification of Terms: 615 Trailer Rentals may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications are effective immediately upon posting.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 615 Trailer Rentals and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
By accessing or using the 615 Trailer Rentals website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
